Gianduia is a favourite Italian dessert cream made from hazelnuts, cocoa and sugar. It was invented in the 18th century when a chocolatier extended the little chocolate he had by mixing it with hazelnuts. It takes its names from Gianduja, a carnival and marionette character who represent the archetypal Piedmontese, a native of the Italian region where gianduia was invented and where hazelnut confectionery is common.
Our Gianduia Spread is more sophisticated and richer in flavour because ours has thrice a number of hazelnuts (45%) compared to Nutella (15%).
Spread on toast, add to shakes, cakes and many other culinary creations but the best way to enjoy our Gianduia Cream is straight out of the jar, one spoonful at a time!

Roasted hazelnuts (45%), sugar, sunflower oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, cocoa powder, whey powder (milk), emulsifier (soya) lecithin, flavouring. May contain traces of other nuts. Allergens are listed in bold.

Storage
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, consume within 3 months.
Some separation is natural. Simply stir before use.
